Craig Spalding

I have a passion for people and their careers and remain ever mindful about the impact we have when influencing career decisions…by quite literally changing the course of a life’s journey.

Craig is the Managing Director of Tuesday Consulting (Pty) Ltd and Board Academy – Africa. He has in excess of 20 years’ experience in the financial services and its related industries where he has played various client facing and business enablement roles at the executive level. Some of these roles include Corporate Finance Consultant: Aviation, Management Consulting (business process, project & programme and delivery management), Sales and Account Executive, Resource Executive and Head: Shared Services and COO. Craig has a BComm degree supported by diplomas in bank credit management, certifications in business process engineering and project management and extensive training and experience in general business operations and people management.


Wendy Spalding

When engaging both individuals and organizations I’m driven by the need to add significant value to both parties and consider myself fortunate that my work allows me the opportunity to achieve this.

Wendy has in excess of 20 years’ experience in recruitment, talent management, career coaching and facilitation. She has held numerous leadership roles across the corporate and private sectors where she has developed an unquestionable brand and personal reputation as a leader in executive search and advisory industry. Wendy is recognized as a consummate professional, a strategic thinker and for her unquestionable integrity and commitment to service delivery and “doing the right thing”. Wendy is also one of the co-founding members of the South African 30% Club, an organization committed to achieving better gender balance at all levels of organisations and is a member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education through Unisa and an MDip HRM, Human Resources through the University of Johannesburg. She has personal interest in investing in Education and is also a Director and Deputy Chair of School Aid South Africa.


Shirley Zinn

I’m determined now more than ever before to utilize the “cream of my experience”, to positively impact the personal and professional lives of the people and organisations that I engage with.

Professor Shirley Zinn holds two Masters Degrees and a PhD from Harvard. She has written a book, Swimming Upstream, and is a firm believer that grit, resilience and hard work really do pay off. She has successfully held executive positions in the Human Capital space in organizations at the pinnacle of Corporate South Africa. Shirley was awarded the Top Woman in Business and Government and Top Executive in Corporate South Africa by Topco Media in 2008. She also was recognized by the Black Business Quarterly and received the Award for Top Woman in Business and Government and most Visionary Woman in 2008. She also received an award from the World Human resources Congress in Mumbai in 2007 and 2013 respectively for Excellence in Global HR Leadership. In 2012, was listed in the Top 30 Wonder Women in South Africa by the Wits Business Journal. She was awarded Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government for 2016 in the SME Sector by CEO Global.

Tsholofelo Nketane

I am inspired by meeting creative, agile and innovative leaders who are invested in the inclusive economic growth of South Africa.

Tsholo honed her experience at various global executive search firms before joining Tuesday Consulting in 2018.

Having worked in markets like Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya and Nigeria, she brings an international perspective and deep insight into her areas of specialisation, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer services and education, where she focuses on C-suite appointments.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration, Tsholo started her career at the Electoral Institute of South Africa. She then moved to the South African division of UK Trade & Investment, where she was responsible for promoting trade and investment between the two countries, particularly in the ICT, energy, oil and gas sectors.
